學英語易犯的錯誤

beside 和 besides 

◎ beside 和 besides 兩字差個字母 s ，但besides 不是 beside 的複數，意思和用法如下: 

￭ beside : 是介係詞 指 在 . . . 旁邊 。
例句：
Sally put her glasses on the desk beside the bookcase.
莎莉把她的眼鏡放在書櫃旁邊的書桌上。 

￭ besides : 當副詞 指 此外、而且等，當介系詞 指 除 . . . 之外。
